they are stupid.. the state feels that the children need to know a certain amount of stuff.. and if they don't pass those Fcats then they don't move on to next grade
I think it is stupid.. i think what they learn in a classroom and how they do through out the year should count not based on a test that some tend to freeze up on or freak out on

Oh. i agree with that. its dumb. those are called STAR but it doesnt matter if you pass or not in high school you just cant get an F.

see thats fair. i love that style. i want to teach one day so i like this type of stuff.
