okay rule #1 is don't allow yourself to get to the doctors office/er/hospital under any circumstances. so no faking a fever... a fever means serious illness and that warrants a doctor visit in which case you'll be busted. stick to symptoms that can't be examined such as: soreness, body aches, dizzyness, etc.

When i have severe back problems.. I lie on a heating pad and put up my temp... and say my head hurts.. and tummy is off..

throwing up is good too... if you don't want to you can just say you puked and that might get you off the hook for a day
